I lived there a few years ago and the apt layout is nice but the people that live there are a joke. I went there yesterday to look into maybe staying there again. The pool is closed and dirty which says alot about the apt.....it's almost July and the pool looks like it belongs in a trailer park. The apt need a serious paint job and everyones apt looks dirty. The blinds in half the windows look like someone tried using the as a ladder to climb out. Very unappealing. Gates are always broken and the garage doors on all the units are smashed up. Very trashy......maybe if the rent went down to $100 a month I might consider staying. Nice job management....I bet all the positive responses posted have been you guys trying to make that difference you seem to be promising everyone.....let me help you.
1.Paint job
2.Evict the trashy residents
3.Fix all the pot holes
4.Fix the gates
5.Fix the garage doors
6.Clean the pool
7.Get cable/that was my biggest issue when I lived there 5yrs ago
