Ok so here again we have new managers and they are far yet the worst yet. I have had a rat problem in our garage and found out one of the new residents that just moved into our building had rats in her apartment. Then the vacant garage by mine was used for storage of junk from people moving out and there it sits for a year now. That garage is now wide open for the kids that have been playing in there. Too bad the parents dont watch there kids. I have seen people smoking drugs in that same garage. Ok but the new management has no problem locking the door so they can eat and not work and cuss you and hang up on you. Here is there corporate office's phone number if any one would love to help us out to let them know what they hired to run our apartments. No pool for 2 years and they say gated but in the 3 years I have been there they have never worked. The water bills are too high for not having a pool and not watering the grounds. Dont move here that is all I am going to say. The apartments are pretty but really its really not safe. Gun shots from time to time and had a stabbing in front of our building. Are garage was broke in and we had to pay and fix the door our self. I thought that is the reason you pay rent.
