Well where to start..... Rats, kids that are not watched at all, poor and unprofessinal management staff, no pool in 2 years and the first year it was open off and on, drug dealers, drug lab busted last year, and have security that have to carry guns to patrol. Linda I wish you were still our manager because we did not have these issues until after you were gone about 6 months or a little less. We have breeds of dogs that are not allowed the grounds are not ever picked up and buildings need to be painted, gates that have never worked and get this have been told by all management after Linda that we are getting them fixed and still not fixed. Oh and the pool pumps were all fixed this year in Jan or Feb and look what a waste of money that was.... Some one tried to break in our garage over the weekend and if I catch them I will hold them by gun point until the police get there. Sad we have to watch are stuff 24/7. Think I will be calling to have some kind of alarm for my garage. The building I live in is pretty nice and have great people in this and a few across the way in our little corner and we all watch out for each other. The security lighting is not very good and have many lights out. Where is Code Enforcement'''''' Why is it that Corporate never comes and checks any thing out'''' Think they use this property for a write off on there taxes. Getting anything fixed is like not going to happen ever but they have no problem to tell you to clean up you patio of all towels ect.... To all of you that live here lets all stick together and call corporate office and to all of you that are thinking of moving here please take this as a warning and dont do it. Water bills are $50 a month! When I had a house I washed cars and watered the yard and let the kids play in the sprinkler almost every day in the summer and never had a bill over $60 a month and at one point we had water bills that were $85 to $95 at this apartment. Corporate Office number is 972-733-0096! Call maybe we can get this taken care of if we all let them know what is going on here at the apartments...

Maybe you should find out where Linda has gone to and follow her since she is obviously the best thing since sliced bread. I have also dealt with some of these issues but none of it is the new manager's fault. You seem like a sad, vendictive person that has nothing to do but spew evil, unjust statements maybe because they are not kissing your butt like Linda did. Truth be told, Linda was not a good manager or she would still be here. I have been here for 7 years and I know the truth. You sound like my ex wife...A damned nag... if you are maaried I'll bet your husband thinks the same thing. I called corporate to let them know that I am a proud resident of Paradise Hills so thanks for the phone number. If I am ever in the office and hear a nagging witch giving those nice ladies a hard time then I will definitely step in to defend them against a person like you. Thank God my new wife has class or I would have given up a long time ago because my ex wife's nasty attitude was just like yours. Just buy a house and shut up already!!!

Hey mister for your info there was no unjust statements. I dare you to touch me or say a dang word to me. Just because you lust over the new office people that your prob. And you must have me mixed up with someone because I am not a nag. You have no clue who I am and its better that way, that way there is no trouble. I dont start trouble but I would not have a problem taking care of business the correct way such as a phone call to corp office, police department or security. So back up off me and worry about your own self. Oh and I am sure your on housing if you got all the time in the world to go and be in everyones affairs when you dont work and sit in the office playing on there computers cuz your to broke to get your own... Not to bright are you! lol Your sorry azz cant even spell married... lol wife took off cuz your a broke, lazy, depressed, low life, busy body loser! I dont have to shut up so mind your own biz and why ur sucking butt in there with the big girls tell them to get up and do some work and lay off the Chicken and red beans and rice !!!!!!

my problem is with the security, and just this week ive seen the code compliance inforcement officer, fire marshall, and various police officers running through here, infact the fire marshall is giving this appartment complex a 50,000 dollar fine due to the neglagence of not having the proper electrical equipment for the fire alarms in various buildings, so there is physical evidence that this place isn't up to code why should we have to stay here?

This last weekend I saw at least 4 moving trucks, with people moving OUT!! I was one of them. I had four different residences come up to me and said they would be moving out soon as well. A couple said they should condemn Paradise from HELL, so it??s not just a couple of people that are NOT happy there. I too saw the police and code compliance enforcement officer in the complex. I also heard that fire alarm that went off ALL night!! Gang graffiti spray painted on the brick of the garages...Going further DOWN hill FAST!! Move here at your own Health & Saftey risk!
