I have been here for 3 1/2 years and it was ok for the first year but got bad after that. The pool has not been working since I moved in. The Leasing staff don't know what they are doing, we been through 4 different leasing staff and maintance crew. The trash as you can see on the pictures are nasty. The staff is always messing up what people owe, and also charging outragious back payments. Each staff that we have had has not been on their jobs, even the current ones now. I am so ready to move when my lease is up. They wait till months to clean out apartments from previous tenants, I have know of 4 apartments that had not been cleaned for 3 months since the residence has moved, so you know the smell was bad and knats were every where. They have Raccons at the trash at least 3, and people walk around in the apartments that don't even live there and hang out, and none of them live in the apartment complex. HOOD!! If you know what I mean by that.

What you mean by HOOD? Would it be better if it were a TRAILER PARK!!!!! if you know what I mean by that..... I see the new people finally have someone working on the gates, and the property is improving. I think after reading your message you don't like the new staff because of there color... if you know what I mean by that.

I am unhappy also but I am trying to give them a chance. I just think that this could be a better place to live if they would just clean up some of the residents that have children out without supervision. The raccoons are not going to hurt you and they will also tell you there is nothing they can do to get them out of the area because they have every right to habit. Hood is how people act not about a color for the other response. In the trash problem if people would put there trash in the dumpster and not on the ground next to the dumpster that would be great. Sick of parents sending out there kids to have that happen. Kids getting in the mail boxes and in the trash that is there taking stuff out of the dumpsters. Where are there parents......

I am about to move to PH and I think the property looks nice, most of what i saw was due to natural occurance, such as erosion. I dont care what the color of my neighbors as long as they are clean and remember they have neighbors that have to live near them. a bad neighbor/parent can come in any color so I really dont like the implications from either one of the 1st posters who want to suggest bad things based on color. anyway, I am a great addition to this complex and think that if people would care about where they live this could be a great property

HELLO ALL, I JUST MOVED TO PH AND SO FAR I AM LOVING IT, THEY HAVE CLEANED UP A LOT OF THINGS THAT I HAVE READ IN THE PREVIOUS POST. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND WANT TO HEAR YOUR FEED BACK. THEY DIDNT GET OFFENED WHEN I MENTIONED SOMETHINGS AND THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED VERY QUICKLY. SO IM GIVING THEM A CHANCE TO MAKE ME SMILE.
