This property was not ready for my move in. It was never cleaned from the last tenant even though it was promised. I have had water leaks. Moths in the kitchen and the maintenance man flooded the apartment when he helped install the washer. This OLD overpriced neighborhood has recently been taken over by CRES management. Because they manage 90% of the property in Euless I expected this to be an improvement . . . but after waking up today with worms hanging from my kitchen ceiling I can NOT wait to get out of here. Management thought I made it up because they could see them. I have since delivered a baggie to them with the live worms inside. The rent is going up, the staff is condescending and I can smell the neighbors dog poop and cig smoke. Two more months and counting days, perhaps they will fix the carpet tear before I move.
