Not pleased with the town home. Lived at 425 E Harwood- park place town homes for 2 months. What Iike about it is that the management office
mow my yard. Nice small cute small back yard.
The home needs upgrading. I moved to a 2 bedroom town home, it cost almost $1200 a month, its too expensive for what it offers. My electri bill is $400. I asked my neigbour they said they do get large bills but they use alternative heating to reduce their bill. The town home is cold no matter how much its heated, with drafts coming from all windows and non exits. Maintenance has tried ceiling the drafts to no avail. The creaky floor is not my thing. The walls are not insulated so I can hear my neighbours like they are living with me. Also, the heater upstairs make so much noise while on( like a running beat up truck) I have to turn it off before I go to sleep. Hopefully I will move in 4 months- I was smart to sign a 6 months lease.
