I must say that I have kind of enjoyed living here. I feel badly for everyone else who has had problems. We've only had our air conditioner break - because my dog got to the cables - and they fixed it same day. The electric bills in the winter and the summer are quite high because of poor insulation. Where I am it is very quiet, I've only heard my neighbors one time when they turned their TV up very loudly. If you are looking for a place where you don't have to take care of a yard, this is a nice one. But you can get a lot more for your money elsewhere (which is why we're moving). If you have a dog, you'll probably like it here. They really aren't luxury apartments, but the people seem nice enough and very quiet.

I agree, it is a nice quiet area. That's about the only redeeming quality this place has.
