The community is nice and i had great friendly
neighbors. So that i can not complain. But, my
complaint is with management. 1st of all when it was time to renew my lease i was notified that my rent would jump up almost 200 dollars. yes 200! And when i called down to the office to find out if this was a mistake, they assured me it was No mistake and with the GAS prices on the rise my rent would also increase. Heres what i didnt get...We dont pay for gas... All utilities were our responsibility. How does this make sense''' I had no choice but to renew my lease because i couldnt pack and find a place to move in 30 days. So, when it was time to renew my lease again they had sent a letter that they had a great special going on and to come by the office to check it out. To my amazement it had gone up about 75 dollars. They claimed this was market value. CRAP... I had a friend stop by the office to find out what the market value was and it was a little under 900. So if you feel like renting from here go ahead but that great move in special you got when you first move. Count that good bye after your lease is up. They will get you in the end. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Many places suck you in with an incentive and then jack the rent up to an unreasonable amount when your lease is up. They hold the cards and know it is a hassle and will cost you some money to move. Too bad you couldn't find a better place on short notice because I feel your pain.
