I moved in January, and everything is fine... the staff is very cordial and they nip concerns in the bud before they have a chance to become a problem. I haven't had any noisy neigghbors, or water bug issues. Everything is well maintained, so i havent had to call maintenacne. If you are looking for a quiet place to live this is the place for you.
