The older reviews are on the money. We moved in in the middle of 2006. The complex wasn't full yet; it seemed okay. Unfortunately, time marches on. My opinion of these apartments has plummeted. Bugs' Yep, we got 'em. Theft' Yep, our bicycles were stolen, piece by piece. Someone kicked in the door and stole our television, dvd player, cd player and tape player. I mean, come on, who would buy a tape player now' What was the point in taking that one' They only stopped there because my husband came home. Surprisingly, this took place only a week and a half after the girl across from us had her door kicked in and her things stolen. She was smart. She got a lawyer and got out. I wish we had. We still have bugs. The neighbors are often loud in the parking lot. It isn't unusual to hear people's cars and/or arguments. The rent was raised astronomically when new owners purchased the complex. This is the third set of owners in less than three years! We get notes constantly about what is allowed on the patio. Trash really is all over the place. The pool is closed more than it is open, too. Oh, and the mailboxes were broken into recently, as well.

Don't be swayed by the 'nice' people in the office. You don't want to live here.
