IN THE LAST 2 YRS I'VE STAYED HERE THEY SWITCHED MANAGEMENT COMPANIES 3 TIMES..AND THE NEW ONE ORION MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORSE...
I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT NOISE FROM MY NEIGHBORS (OVER 7 MONTHS) AND THEY TELL ME TO CALL THE POLICE..THE POLICE ARE NOT PAID TO DO YOUR JOB..
WHEN I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE VERBAL ALTERCATION MY NEIGHBORS APPROACHED ME WITH THEY SIMPLY ASKED "WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO, WE CAN'T CONTROL EVERYBODY"..
THE PROPERTY MGR NEVER CALLED ME BACK AND NEITHER DID HER BOSS...BEFORE THAT THE KIDS IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD DECIDED IT WOULD BE FUN TO BUT TENANTS TIRES ON FLAT AND BUST WINDOWS...SO MUCH FOR A GATED COMMUNITY..SOUNDS LIKE I'M IN THE HOOD RIGHT..
NOPE NOT AT ALL THE APTS LOOK DECENT IN AND OUT..BUT THE PEOPLE THE STAFF MAKES YOU FEEL THE ONLY THING YOU'RE MISSING IS A STRAIGHT JACKET

I strongly agree... It's like you are wrong to complain. You should pay rent and be harrass by kids playing in the breeze way leaving rock and stick in front of your door and lets not forget the constant knocking on your door and then running. No need to complaint because the people in the office will not talk to the parents.
