The slum landlord of Post Oak East.

Come join Post Oak East and see that we have slum landlords who do not care about their property. They do not make timely repairs. Repairs are scheduled for 3-6 months down the line if you are lucky. Management allows anybody to live here with most of the tenants being on subsidized housing and do not take care of their apartments. Beer bottles and trash are frequently spread across the grounds and managment does not care and refuses to listen to complaints. The breezeways are nasty and dirty. The landlord is only concerned with the almighty dollar and how much money they can bring in millions and millions from the section 8 program paying much more than these apartments are worth.
