Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
PROS: Close to airport and HYWY 360, Kind Staff, Beautiful Pool and pool landscaping, Nice Clubhouse, Sun Room with ceiling fan in 2 bedroom plan available, or balcony, central air conditioning & heating, W/D hookup avail, Kitchen Counter breakfast bar,
free pest control, 6 or 12 month lease, police respond quickly to 911, Well lit parking and hallways, shrubs cut back- some removed, exposing ugly grounds, however...
CONS: somewhat unsafe due to partiers and damaged entrance & exit gates Summer of 2003. Small weight room, No playground, Covered parking too close to some buildings, noisy from streets, parking, gas station and tenants, tiny kitchens, tenants walk pets near ground floor windows!
