Great location and lots of parking, Thats it for the good points this place has to offer. Oh the lots of parking means that there?s lots of vacancies which is why my water and trash bill has exceeded $50.00 the last six months. Why the high rate of vacancies, well this place is noisy. If its not the Bar with the live Tehano music next door than its the heavy traffic on Trinity, or the Jetliners constantly roaring above or the mind-blowing number of Neighbors who blow by thru the parking lot at nights... engines roaring, wheels screeching and sound systems blasting. Or maybe because this place looks like its going section 8. Ofcourse if you confront the office staff with these problems the common answer is write your city counsel person. What more should I say. I?m outta here. Oh be leary of any positive reviews about this place... probably the office staff abusing their free time. I?ve lived in some nice communities around here with great office staff like ivory canyon up the road. Too bad they didn?t have washer and dryer hookups.

see. the thing is.... this place is ghetto. ANOTHER THING.... they dont tell you in the beginning that your water is NOT a hot water heater, it is a BROILER SYSTEM and well.... you pay for crackhead's water that you arent even using... the crack heads stay up all night and they have CRACK parties and you pay for their usage...... DO NOT LIVE HERE, read my other reviews on this place!!!!!!! GHETTO fabulous!
