What caught our attention about these apartments were the great floorplans (like the biggest 2 bedroom) and the specious patios. After living here two years, I would not recommend living here at all. There is a tejano bar directly next door that plays loud annoying music all hours of the night. It rattles the windows until 3am. This was not here when we first moved in. I have learned spanish from hearing it so much. I think all the poeple that go to the tejano bar decided to move here. Look at the cars in the parking lot, you'll understand what I am talking about. My husbands car has been broken into three times and mine was STOLEN! I think these apartments have gone section 8 because of the trashy people moving in. My next door neighbors live in the smallest apartment and have about 8 people living in it. The pool area is always closed and the gates are locked, and when it is open it's covered in trash/beer cans. There are always people digging through the dumpsters. What are they looking for' I don't know! And now - as for the upkeep, it takes 6 wks to get someone to service a broken cabinet. Does this sound like a great place to live' I think NOT.

This review sounds like the same person is writing tons of bad reviews and using different names. (All the reviews mention music until 3am, stolen cars and section8). But bars in Texas clse at 2 am...

They may close at 2 , but theres a ton of -------- drinking in the parking lot til 3 or 4 unless the fort worth pd runs em off or INS is called!
