Noisy and overpriced

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
This apartment is directly south of the DFW airport...very noisy. Maintenence is slow to fix anything. I've complained about one problem several times and it has never been fixed. Maintenence personnel are not friendly. Office staff is friendly but incompetent. Nothing is convenient, i.e. grocery stores, shopping with the exception of one gas station nearby.
