The place seems great when you look at it. There are drugies all over the place, loud annoying music all night everynight, maintence is awfull. BUGS!!!!!!! They won't do anything but put out a few ant traps. Lots of yelling and fighting all night from several neighbors. Toilets and showers constantly leaking and broken. Apartments broken into, lots of Car vandalizing. People digging in trash all the time. Pool is usually discusting. Office staff only really care when you are a rent prospect. Cable SUCKS!!!!!! No lights in Master Bedroom!!!! Had to buy a lamp. Great place if you want to live in filth and never sleep.

DUDE!!!! OMG, i could not agree more... seriously.... crackheads, bugs, loudness, GHETTO PEOPLE, and VERY BAD maintenance...!!!! wow!! you hit it RIGHT ON YO!

Totally have to agree. All the complaints I'm reading I have gone through. Just wish I had found this site before I leased. I even got the same "ooops we already leased that apt."
