First of all, this place is pricey, BUT, I was reading some of the reviews...first, why do people move here knowing there is a bar next door and the big DFW Airport is 5 minutes away! You can't complain about those things if there isn't anything the apt complex can do about it. Second, yes there are people that are loud and don't respect having neighbors, but if the office won't say anything, then pick up your phone and call 911 for disturbing the peace...duh.. and if that doesn't work then put your 2 cents in, i mean if you are grown enough to complain about it on the internet, then you should be grown enough to say something to your "friendly neighbor". The only thing the complex is having problems with is dog droppings everywhere and maybe some littering. There is littering all over the state! Ever heard of Don't Mess with Texas' Parking near your own apt is impossible if you work nights, but it's the complexes rules for first come, first serve so deal with it. It is the year 2006, some people don't know what a decent time to turn down their radios are. Friday and Saturday night are different. During the week, yes, they need to have a little respect. The police don't come in and out of the complex unless there are problems. Come on people, why did you move here if you are going to do nothing but complain. MOVE!!!! For the people that complain about being scared because people are hanging in your hallway, or in the parking lot, you must be white... no disrespect, but this is 2006, black people do live in this country!!! Just smile and say hi and keep walking..i mean damn...Those kind of people need to have a house in the middle of no where. Post Oak is not as bad as these reviews say it is!! Keep up the good work Post Oak Place!! It is getting better!!!!

first of all I use to live in one of the apts.and it wasn't just black people it was alot of different people and different issuesI am white and must say yes didn't feel comfortable walking to my vehicle and having 5 black guys stare at me but not because they were black but because they were five guys and it made me uneasy also big groups of mexican guys hanging outside bloking the entrance for me to get to my door wasn't fun either I am not prejudice against -------- my husband is mexican.But it wasn't just that I also didn't like the fact that yes mainly white people take there dogs out to take a crap and don't care where they do it or don't bother to clean it up.So there are issues with everyone there I guess exept for asains lol!!!!
