OK.. the office ladies are AWESOME!! love em all!! well JO-ann is a little cun!ish sometimes but uh.. she's pretty cool sometimes..
NOW.. the maintenance sux @$$ and the HOT TUB barely ever works and when it is working, it is filled with LEAVES and the POOL is always NASTY and the circulation system is not even legal in the pool. They got into trouble last year (summer 2005) because it is NOT up to LEGAL standards.. So they always shut it down when they are getting inspected... LOL!!!
Another thing, The place is filled up with people living there that ARE CRACK-HEADS! trust me, they walk around at all wee-hours and they look like zombies... SHIRTS OFF in the middle of winter, etc etc..
Now the person that posted their note, before me are -------- because they stated; "IF YOU DONT LIKE LIVING THERE, then move out." now, how in the he!! are you going to move out on a lease, when the corporate office of POST OAK, are OLD PEOPLE and they are non-caring of your needs.
Seriously, i do NOT reccommend this place. i just recently moved out, last month and I COULDNT BE HAPPIER!!! trust me!
secondly, their pricing is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for the quality of the apartments.
third, their maintenance sucks when it comes to fixing anything.. theres mold behind counters and everything... its so nasty.
4th, if you are a CRACKHEAD, you will love this community because there are DEALERS that live there (LOTS OF THEM)... Its a joke... i mean, no matter where you go, you have some crackheads but uh, this place is SWAMPED with them...
5th, ITS THE MOST DUSTY PLACE i have ever lived.... a DIRT BIKE TRAIL IS RIGHT BESIDE THE PLACE... seriously, its nasty! if you dont dust every day, i PROMISE you, your ---- will be a sand pit! its so gross!
TRUST ME..
I will give them this though: the office ladies are awesome and they are literally cool to deal with. for the YEAR that i was there, they were fun! but still, it doesnt matter to me, if the place you live in, is a DUMP and its over-priced!! LMAO!!
