I have lived at Post Oak Place for about 2 months and see no problems. Any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly and everyone is very friendly and eager to help. I see no reason not to lease here. Its conveniently located and everything. And as for drug dealers and crack heads how would you know who they were unless you dealt with them. :) I love my apartment so far.

Of course you love it you have not been there long enough to know the facts. As for location there are no grocery stores or shops around it. There is on gas staion next door and thats where all the drugged up people are. You don't have to do drugs to know drug dealers.
