When asked to have some dirt put into the back yard of the apartment because it kept getting washed out by the rain and bad gutters they said they asked me how I expected them to do that. They never did fix it. The initial discrepancy list was never completed. The air conditioner kept going out costing me over $300 a month on the electric bill. The kitchen cabinets sag in the middle the base board damage is covered up with cheap plastic pieces. The dishwashers are antique and don't work. The stove is falling apart also. They painted the outside to make it look better it didn't do anything for the inside. The sink in the bathroom has rust spots on it. It's dark in there unless you ask them to provide special lighting.
The fleas are terrible they don't spray the grounds so if you have pets just be prepared to be frustrated trying to keep them out of the apartment and off the pet. When something is broken just be prepared to wait a long time for it to be fixed. When they do finally get it back it will more than likely just fall apart again in a short time.
Overall it was just a place to stay while looking for a house to buy.
