This property is filthy and ghetto to say the least, it has trash and dog S**T everywhere you look. The pool is always dirty and has minimal security for small children. I can't count how many leaks (roof and plumbing) we've had in out apartment and how many times our furniture has been moved and the carpet pulled up in order for the carpet to dry, the base boards are totally black and rotted out with mold. The management won't replace a damn thing and has a "fix it don't replace it attitude!"

THERE ARE LEAKS AND MOLD EVERYWHERE!!!

The place did not have new paint when we moved in and the kitchen floor and cabinets looked as if they had never been cleaned... DISGUSTING! The allocated water system we have here is unacceptable and has never been under $60.00, our inefficient appliances make the electricity bill just under $200.00 a month - year round!!!

The gates are always broken and we have absolutely no security here... our car was recently broken into an I can't stress enough to everyone who reads this... DON'T MOVE HERE! There are so many other wonderful and affordable apartments in the area. There is also no assigned parking to anyone which makes lugging in your groceries and corraling your children quite difficult. We are thankful we only have a few more weeks in this God Forsaken place!

Good riddance to all who dare to intentionally move here! Oh and please check with the Euless Police Dept. reguarding the crime around this area, right after we moved in (May 2006)there was a shooting at the gas station next door. Definately not a safe place or a wise move for anyone. BEWARE!!!!

This place does suck. Every bad review on here I have lived through at this apartment. I have had flood after flood here because the pipes are old and nothing gets replaced. The water turns from ice cold to boiling hot without turning on the hot water. I complained several times about the water and they didn't do anything about it until my 2 week old infant almost got scolded when taking a bath. I ended up with the bad burns!!!! After I threatened to sue if my child were to get burned they came to "fix" the problem. IT STILL DOESN'T WORK!!! When maintenance does come they leave you with the clean up job. I live on the bottom floor and my first week here my apartment flooded because the upstairs pipes burst. They came to replace part of my ceiling and left the sheet rock everywhere. A couple weeks later my kitchen sink pipe busted and flooded everything. I had no water for three weeks after that. The cabinets began to warp and mold and nothing got fixed until I got so mad I went to the office and screamed at them. They pulled up my carpet and left rusty nails all over the floor (remember I have baby). They also broke my blinds to the patio door and they never fixed it. Then there maintenance broke my crystal rose and did not offer to pay or replace it. They go in your apartment when they think you are not there (I caught them five times.)When I moved in no one wanted to do a walk through inspection. Walls are very thin I hear everything including squeaky ceiling from upstairs. Animal crap and ant roach???s gnats are everywhere since no one picks up after themselves. I do not go outside alone at night because there is crappy lighting and my husbands car and my car where broken into the same night. The gates never work and when they finally get the gates "fixed" they are mysteriously broken by the end of the night. When I went to look at apartments they showed me a wonderful apartment with a great view of the pool promised low water bills unit connections and working rented washing/drying machines. When it came time to sign, the apartment was suddenly unavailable, the apartment they did give me connections were broke and the washer/dryer I rent has to be used twice for one load and when I walked in the first time the dishwasher had already flooded my kitchen. Even though yes there is a bar next over the noise comes from inconsiderate neighbors at 3 4o'clock in the morning on week days. The horrible stories could go on and on.

The worst place Ive ever lived!!!!! leaks, dogs, drug dealers, loud music, screaming kids at midnight. Who lets their five year old kids hand out with them outside past midnight? It is such a scam. What a nightmare!!!!!!!!!
