I will be brief. The maintenance here does NOT do their job. Items that are reported do NOT get fixed. I rent a one bedroom/one bath and my last months electric bill was $150.00! My pipes in the kitchen leak, my back door doesn't open and close very easy, the "security gates" are ALWAYS broken, the elements on my stovetop slide all over the place when I cook (dangerous!!), I do NOT get cold water from the cold water taps (only warm to hot)...imagine brushing your teeth or trying to get a cool rag for a headache and not having access to cold water! My air conditioner DOES NOT WORK! It runs constantly and I can only get it as cool as 78 degrees! THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH A THIN DIME! I made the horribe mistake of moving in here before really checking it out, and I also compounded that mistake by signing a one year lease.....HUGE MISTAKE....HUGE! I can tell you this, once I am able to move out of here when my lease is done, I will not even DRIVE BY this dump! .....Ok, I have moved out and wanted to do something to help out any unsuspection people out there... check out this web page.... http://www.freewebs.com/postoakplacesurvivor/index.htm

THIS PLACE IS NOT JUST MISMANAGED, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS THAT DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE HAPPY OR NOT!
The next months electric bill was &171.00! It just keeps getting higher and higher. Also, back sliding glass door locked me out on my patio one morning for 40 minutes! I told the management office about this and was told someone would be out on Monday. As you can imagine, nobody ever showed or called. Now the A/C drain pan is messed up and my bathroom ceiling has been "raining" for two days. I called and left a message for someone to call me immediately and haven't heard a word in two days....go figure!
