This place is the most scum ridden rat hole that I have ever lived in. The office and maintenance staff are incompetant, the place is crawling will trash and not just litter! There is dog ---- everywhere you look and smell and the apartments are run by a bunch of Slum Lords! I will be contacting the proper authorities about the condition of this property, there is mold and garbage everywhere and is not a safe place for anyone to live. Don't move here, it's a scary and filthy place!!!

I live there right now and I haven't seen any of the stuff you're talking about. Right now I can tell you the only trash outside the dumpster is a white couch. And when I come home late at night I have never once felt unsafe, so you don't know what you're talking about.
