All of these "super duper" ratings being posted in the last few days (a little suspicious, no?) are obviously an attempt to pump up Post Oak's Apartment Ratings on this site. We lived here for 6 months, it was a joke. We had to call 4 times to get them to fix the fact that the dishwasher was draining straight into the cupboard under the sink-their solution? Duct tape, of course. The place was over-run with stray cats that were breeding like rabbits, the "state of the art" workout room was impossible to access if the office was closed, because the button lock never worked, and at first glance, the grounds are quite pretty, except for when it would rain and all the soil would run onto the sidewalks wherever there wasn't grass. Do NOT rent here unless you personally visit it yourself and find it acceptable.
