If you read this review please read it completely. This Apartment complex Roach Oak Place is trash. The management staff has two people that are awesome(Danielle and JT). The person (Cyrstal) that is in charge is rude and she is not cooperative. And the other is Yolanda(Clueless) And the other staff members had lost one of our packages and then did not even take the blame. The amount of roaches and ants will freak you out. It may look nice but once you move in an forget to put some food in the ridge one night, then roaches come out! The people that live there are also not the greatest of quality, I felt like I was watching an episode of "Cops" with all of the domestic problems and aruging I heard in this place. It is close to a convienent store where someone also stands trying to sell things and if you have children it is best suggested to not let them play out outside. Also I tried to go jogging around the block and that was my first and last time. And I did not ever jog again because the guys shooting their guns near there. If you want a better quality of life you may not want to live here. Also if you want to get basic cable and internet you are subjected to use the company the apartment uses and I ended paying at least $95 a month and still some local channels did not work. Also they have a sign that says pool is closed. Ever since I lived there they really never opened the pool, so you have to jump the gate on one side. Please do not be fooled just because the front gate works properly,this does not mean anything.
