This place sucks! You can't ever get anybody on the phone, they won't call you back, they won't reply to emails.
The parking is terrible, no lights, gates never work, they won't fix anything.
They complained because I had my bike on the patio.
They complained because I would put my dog on the patio.
Many patios around are covered with ----, but I'm the one that got warned.
The fitness equipment is old and broke down.
The pool seems like it always closed when I want to swim and the hot tub has been broken for months! If the maintenance crew fixes something, and let me emphasize if, they will leave the place a wreck.
I had mud on my bathroom mats, you can still see the duct tape marks in the shower and staples in the wall from when they fixed the shower.
The water stains on the wall from when they fixed a leak upstairs.
I tried calling to see what it would take to break my lease and I can't get anyone on the phone and I even called the management company and apparently they have the same "don't pick it up" philosophy.
