This place isn't bad however the manager decides what people get what, for example randomly changes the rent at the end of peoples terms.

Also they get money from the mgt company to do things for the tenants however nothing is done. I moved to another property and there is so much more to do.

Plus the pool here is always dirty. For the most part though it was pretty nice living there.
