I drove by over the weekend and the trash dumpster was overflowing! Considering the fact that it's the first thing you see when you enter the property, it leaves a very bad impression on potential tenants. I kept driving on, thank goodness, especially since I've read these reviews!

It was the recycling dumpster, not the trash, though that overflows too at times. Both these could be better kept track of than they are. But I strongly doubt an issue such as this is unique to Sandstone. All apartments use the same contractors for refuse collection. Meanwhile though, your 'review' should be discarded. You voted 1 on issues of which you have no knowledge, on the basis of a full dumpster. How can you have an opinion on parking if you never parked, on noise if you never got out of your car, on construction if you never looked, on staff if you never met them?

Trash usually builds up on Saturdays and Sundays but this is not the fault of management but rather is the fault of tenants who do not put trash in dumpster and do not break down boxes. Also some tenants put appliances and furniture in the dumpster area. Management does clean it up as soon as possible and within a reasonable amount of time.

Uh! Hello ?!, Anonymous! I currently live here and have for over a year. I have never had an issue with Garbage overflow. I dont know what you viewed when you drove by, but in my opinion. Im glad you kept going. Sandstone is a happy and quiet little community and we would like to keep it that way.

I have lived here for 3 years...this is the WORST place to live!!! Water over flow from the sprinklers is constant across the parking lot, making it slick with slime. Maintenance is done by one person spread out through 3 different complexes, who has to use the lowest bidder parts and or used parts because the manager says it's only allotted so much in their budget. The manager spent over 3 grand redoing her office while the main gate is still busted and only works 30% of time not to mention it's covered in duct tape! Her biggest concern is her new BMW and what new shoes and outfits she has! The garbage dumpsters not only over flow on the weekends like some have said, but several times during the week. The lawn crews fill them with debris making it hard for residence to use them. 2 weeks ago a large dog that she knows is let outside without a leash killed another dog on the property, she didn't report it to the police and that person is still living here with the dog being let outside without a leash! I am moving out!

Seriously? Is this true about the dog? This is heinous! Let's see Rick_B try to smooth THIS one over! There is no excuse whatsoever for this to have happened and WILL be reported! I've lived here over 4 years and won't stay one more minute than I have to!
