Seramont is a nice apartment complex with friendly tenants. The only problem I could recall was involving one of the leasing agents. Don't get me wrong, for the most part, they are all great. Corrie was the only one I had a problem with. She blatantly lied to my face and walks around like she is "hot stuff." Get an attitude adjustment.
Well, I'll get back to the good stuff. The maintenance is great and the grounds are kept up weekly and wonderfully. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, even the younger, college students who like to party.
