What can I say' Everything! I love Seramont! I have been a resident for 3 years now and have lived her from the begining of construction. I have read the other comments on this board and am happy that great renters come forward to tell other people the positive experiences. Unfortunately, we live in a negative mind set and people love to slander, especially when things don't go there way or when they violate there lease. Its sad that people can talk like that on here and disrespect what they are trying so hard to accomplish...a wonderful place to live. I truely am happy here. The staff has been wonderful, courtious, attentive, respectful, and understanding in trouble times. The grounds have always been kept up and I have never had a problem with a service request that wasn't taken care of. The managers at Seramont both reflect what all apartment managers should be. They listen to you and make you feel like a person not a number. I definetely recommend Seramont to everyone, except the ones who have nothing better to do then complain. To you, I say "Choose a different community that you can afford, not a place of paradise that we call home."
