I called to get info about leasing an apartment and I was put on hold for over 18 minutes. From what I experienced the staff was unprofessional and they had the nerve to say ummmm sweatheart you know that you have to make 3 times the amount of rent. I told them that I definitely did and they said "oh". I am a nurse pract. at Baylor Hospital in Grapevine and my money is not about to pay for ruid, college drop-out leasing agents. For anyone professional, read the positive remarks on this site and I think you will see the similarity in spelling mistakes and length of posted remarks. I would never live in the apartments after the treatment I got. Good luck to all you SERAMONT tenants.
