I have read some of the recent comments here and I wonder if these people live in the same place that I do...on the occasion that I've had dealings with the office staff, they've always been responsive and friendly; I admit that I haven't had any maintenance problems so can't speak to the responsiveness of the maintenance staff, and we don't share walls with any other apt. so noise from other apts. aren't an issue; we do live on the bottom floor and I can assure you that this is the BEST built apartment home I've lived in - rarely do I feel disturbed by upstairs activity - at our last apartment, it seemed like elephants lived upstairs. I am disapointed at some of the residents who don't pick up after their pets, we have a dog and we definitely use the bags that Seramont provides; but overall I think the grounds are very nicely kept and am very happy to live here. Prospective tenants would do well to realise that some people create their own problems and there is nothing that will please them. From other apts. that we've lived in, this is TRULY the best - and NO, I'm not an office staffer. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
