The Management changes too often

I am forever complaining about the grounds. They are very unorganized in the office. They keep selling to new management and now they are raising my rent again!
-Straight to the point.
I pay $1200/mo. How much did they offer you'
Bet it was cheaper.

I have lived here for a year and will be renewing my lease soon - and have yet to see any change in management - the same folks are in the office every day and know my name, and are friendly and helpful. As for the grounds - the lawn/cleanup guys come 3 days a week and spend half the day at least on the grounds. The only problem that I have is with residents with big dogs who refuse to 'scoop the poop' even though management provides doggie bags for this. BUT, the community is really nice and we've had no problems.
