Seramont always strives to keep the residents here happy. I have so much fun at the events. They have Texas Hold'em, Saturday brunch, Taco night, Pizza and fun kids nights. They also keep the grounds very clean.(The 10 dumpsters on the property definetely help out) I just moved in about 6months ago and someone was telling me about this website so I checked it out. The management has always been so helpful and these people that type up mean stuff should take responsiblity for their own actions. I mean come on already, get a life and stop complaining. Im sure there is better things for you to do in life and not "Sweat the Small Stuff!" Keep it up Seramont, I'm impressed! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

Can you quit jacking up the ratings so people can get a "Real" look into the reviews for this place? I'm reading through these reviews so I can figure out if I want to live some where and it just ANNOYS me when apartment employees post FAKE reviews! We are not stupid, we can tell you are connected with the apartments! Sometimes the "Small Stuff" can make a HUGE difference. Just quit posting this crap already. Who do you think you are fooling??
