I have never dealt with people so rude before making the bad decision to live at the Seramont. I called 5 times to have something fixed in my apartment and each time the staff was rude and dismissed by concerns. I realize that not all requests can be taken care of in the same day, but I do not need to be treated disrespectfully b/c of THEIR mistakes. Not to mention, the maintenance crew is the worst. They apparently mark things as fixed when they are not. I am not the only resident with this problem - at least 7 of my neighbors have had similar problems. FYI - NONE OF US WILL BE RENEWING OUR LEASES! They do not clean the property either, it is always trashed with dog poo and cigarettes!

That is the Seramont Office staff at it's best, ignore people and hope the problem just goes away. Dog ---- everywhere, Don't care. Loud music, Don't Care. BARKING dogs, Don't Care. Trashy grounds, Don't care. Broken Pipes, Don't care. But be one day late with your rent and OMG.....

Someone needs a drink... I've lived here a while, and there is dog poop. and? SURPRISE!!! 90% of the people here have dogs! Thats why we have a DOG PARK. SOME people don't clean up after their pets, but most of us do. What noise issues are there? What maintenance issues, specifically? If you are going to review, at least give us some documented incidents, not just that you are pissed off that you didn't get your @$$ wiped by the staff. In short... I disagree, I love this place, as do most of the people here. If you don't, then please move out and let a nice neighbor move in. (I am writing this and looking out of my open office window, listening to the highway... an airplane... some people chatting... some birds... ... nope. no dog barks!

I've lived at Seramont for about a month and do not have one single complaint. The office staff is exceptionally nice and any maintainance issues we have had have been fixed immediately. To give you an example, the motor in our microwave went out, we called the office and within 15 minutes one of the maintainance staff came over to check it out. I have lived at some terrible apartments (Marina Club in Fort Worth) and this is not even in the same league. Seramont is wonderful...so far, so good!

I love this place and the staff and anyone who feels diffrently is probally and angry and unhappy person! Dont blame your problems on the apt community!
