You've got to be kidding! first of all I've lived in numerous apartments and have NEVER been treated with anything but the utmost respect by the staff and maintenance team at Seramont! Unlike their neighbor next door, Manisons by the Vineyard"...lived there for 2 years and was the worst experience of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You wanna talk RUDE...honey go next door where you can experience RUDE!!! and oh yes...when you move out...SURPRIZE! you are getting NOTHING back and will OWE them.....i could go on and on....
Are the dogs a concern' YES...I've seen action taken to try and "control" the problem...the problem is "renters" have no regard for their lease which clearly states the requirements for having a pet here...WHY blame that on the staff' should they be asked to leave' probably but it won't solve the problem..the problem there again lies with the renter...which will continue to be a problem no matter WHERE you live...
Personally any maintenance problem I've had has been resolved in a timely manner and to my satisfaction...Remember...we do RENT and things are not going to be perfect...whether it be noise from your neighbor or the airport...whatever...MOVE if you don't like it and your opinion is just that YOURS....kinda like having a "back side" we ALL have one....I'm sorry you've had problems but please don't blame the staff as they are the finest group of people I've come in contact with in a very long time!!!!!!! I would highly recommend SERAMONT to my friends.....THANK YOU STAFF for ALL you do!!! AWESOME JOB!!!!

Wow, you should consider moving to a different apartment community then. I've lived here for 4 years, of course I've had maint. issues.. Yes they got fixed that day!! The ladies in the office know just about everyone here by name (there are about 400 people living here) and go out of their way to make us happy. Again this is an apartment complex, save money buy a damn house, wait what if you have a problem who are you going to complain to? aww that stinks you might have to get off your a** and do something other than whining! I feel bad for anywhere you go, shop or run into because you seem like the kind of person that is never happy and wants people to whipe your a** with a pure silk cloth. P.S. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!

Just a correction to the previous comment. The staff may know people's faces and possibly their apartment numbers, but they definitely do not know "just about everyone" by name. But they are friendly non-the-less.
