I have lived in two different Euless gated communities (Apartments) in recent years and have experienced both the best and worst of apartment living so I have a true and unbiased comparison.

The Seramont experience however has been outstanding. The current office staff has always been professional and helpful, the few maintenance issues that I have experienced have always received a quick and immediate response and have always been taken care of the right way the very first time.
Big D and the maintenance staff go out of their way to make sure that Seramont residents are properly taken care of when a maintenance issue does surface. The grounds are attractive and well kept and it is an excellent community in all regards when you compare it to the rest of the competition. Seramont is also conveniently and centrally located in the DFW metro area.
