If u have kid this not the place to take them ya there a lot of kids there but they are out of control.o the trash is so gross there are 4 dumsters but the people get so lazy they cant take it to the next dumster so the streets over flow. the pool is so small for how many people that live there and only the four bedroom have washer and dry and in the landry mat is realy bisy on weekends u have to whait forever to get a washer and dry and if u leave clothes there like min over yuor time they take your clothes out you can here all the fights that go on there and the new mangent is rude the price are ok but every time u renew your lease they up the price $30 more on rent its not wouth the drama I have a lot more to tell but not enough time to tell just take it from me dont live here.

try washing clothes on weekdays...use spell check...i have never seen anything outside the dumpsters (except of course big items that cant fit, but that is rare) I live right across from a dumpster, i see it everyday

Your absolutley right. On top of all that the managment airs out all your personal life that Vikki thinks she knows about you. She gossips about all her residents and doesn't even know half of them by there first name. If you want to feel like your back in high school live here.

I have to say I think you are wrong, I lived at Spring Valley Apartments for quite sometime, and I loved it, I was single and younger, and never had a complaint. Best of all they were understanding when I had finacial situations come up. I not only had a one bedroom there but I also had a two. I would still be living there, if I had not bought my own home. I am VERY hot natured, and not once did I have a problem with heat and air conditioning system they had. As for you renewing....I work in the apartment industry....let me give a wake up call for every person out there that thinks it is outragious to raise rents when your renewal comes up, deal with it, it happens at EVERY community, and 30.00 is NOTHING compaired to the prices most communities charge when it is time to renew.
