I have lived here for 15 months now and trust me, don't do it. Spend the extra money and live comfortably elsewhere. There are so many unruly and obnoxious kids walking around here all hours of the day and night (to include toddlers). There are so many trashy sort of residents whom are able bodied to work, but choose to live off the government and not work. I have extremely annoying and loud neighbors whom have money to buy beer and cigarettes but can't pay there rent on time. Parking sucks, for you have one spot assigned and the rest is first come first serve. Be careful how close you park to someone, because I can guarantee you that probably 90% of these residents don't have liability insurance on their vehicles. Don't be fooled by the "All bills paid" come on. This is true to an extent, but don't expect this landlord to turn on your air conditioning unless it is at least 95 degrees outside (which means it is 100 in your apartment). The community runs on a "universal air cooler system" which is located near the leasing office and one that you don't have any control of. The management would not turn the air system on until summer started (even though it was 100 degrees for a month prior). For most of this past summer, it worked only partially and did not cool properly. Once it was repaired, it was turned off in early October even though the temps were still in the 90's. When you complain about this, the management will tell you to "open your windows" and the owner refuses to pay high utility bills, which is why the air is turned off. There are no breed restrictions for animals even though they post a limit of 20 pounds on pets. This place is a pit bull haven (nothing against pits). Thugs whom reside here think it's cool to show off there pits and fight them. Beware for your small children, for most of these pet owners are recently released from jail or juvenile detention. Small children have no parental supervision here anyway (I dont blame the apartment for that, but the quality of people whom are residing here). Maintenance is great and staff is nice, although the owner really runs the show and is in my mind .... "The SUPER". This is the epitomy of "HUD".

that is the whole point of all bills paid, they can control when the air and heat come on. Lived here for a few months, and they turned to air on less than a week after is started to get a little warm. almost all of the staff lives in the community and they are not going to live in a hot apartment, so they are not going to make anyone else. people do let their kids run around and they also scream and cuss at them loudly when their toddler runs into the street...they are children, why dont they take responsibility for their child and not expect them to stand still and not move. i never see teens out after 10pm, the management will not allow it, you are advised to call the police and they will come and do a drive through and ticket the parents of the kids out past curfew, and you know euless police, any chance they get to write a citation they will take...this is not a bad thing!!
