I LIVED THERE NOT EVEN A YEAR AND IT WAS LIKE LIVING IN A PRISON. OFFICE PEOPLE TELL YOU WHO NOT HAVE IN YOUR OWN PLACE. THEY HATE TEEN-AGERS AND NEIGHBORS RUN AND TELL ON EVERYONE AND THERE BUISINESS TRUST ME THEY WILL EVICT YOU. THANKS PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE.

I used to live in this community. It was wonderful....I never had a problem with the people that worked in the apartments, or the residents I lived around. In fact they were over helpful. I work in the apartment industry, and if they were telling you that you could not have someone in your apartment, chances are that someone SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THERE. If they are giving the impression that they hate teen-agers, maybe they do not, maybe it is YOUR teenager that is a problem. If you have been or are in the process of being evicted, you HAVE done something deserving of this, we have laws in that state of Texas that protect residents, and we cannot evict unless you have done something to violate the rules of the community, and chances are if we are moving to evict you did something really really bad, didnt pay your rent, or you were very inconsiderate of your neighbors around you...maybe that is why they are telling on you...my guess is blasting your music or up at all hours of the night, maybe you are the person who is having a few beers outside there house at 2am....not cool...remember its your home, but you are surrounded by other peoples homes as well...just a little advise for your next place...if you can even get another apartment that isnt in the slums....kinda hard when you have been evicted.
