This place may look nice on the outside, but beware, looks are deceiving. The manager is NUTS!!! Don't try to go to her for anything, she will always have one of her leasing staff intercept you, which is fine but really makes for a crappy manager. She doen't care about any of her residents. She doesn't come crawling into the office until like 12:00, she looks like she's getting over a night of boozing and who knows what else. The apartments are tiny for what they make you pay! The water bills are outrageous, and the cable company sucks even worse. I had a friend trying to get an apartment here, of a different nationality, and they wouldn't lease to him. I know this because they said they had nothing available when he came in the office, but when I called acting as a potential resident, they were quick to tell me about current apartments and specials. So just be careful, don't be fooled by the landscape. This place SUCKS!!!
