Overall this complex is pretty nice, except for the extremely unprofeissional manager. This woman is one of the most rudest people I have ever met. With apartments a dime a dozen in the metroplex, I am surprised she acts the way she does. I had a problem with a neighbor that was eventually resolved, but during this period she made me feel like I was in high school, picking a fight with my neighbor, which was not the case, she was extremely rude and condescending. It is obvioius she is stressed out and unorganized, and takes it out on the residents. The other staff members in the office have been great, I just feel bad that they have to work with this woman. This complex is a good place, until you have to deal with her, I try to avoid her at all cost!

I agree with the response posted on 4/18/2006. Nancy is quite rude! These apartments are not even worth the rent. I now live in a community that has ceramic tile, crown molding, and nicer carpet, more square footage, and cheaper rent. Nancy, made my living experience at Stonebridge a horrible one. She charged me for things no other apartment complex has charged for in my rental history. Please do not move here, you will regret your decision. When you write your check for your deposit, don't expect it back even if everything in the apartment is beyond clean. So to all possible future Stonebridge apartment dwellers! RUN, DON'T LEASE!!!!!

Yes I agree she is rude. She has been through 7 Lead Maintenance since November 2007. There was a meeting called by the maintenance staff to tell her about the rudeness and she fired the housekeeper of 9 months for trying to let her know she has OCD. The assistant manager is her nephew. He's a hothead. And if your car has ANY leaks get them fixed or else...
