I have lived here for 1 year and 6 months and would continue to live here if I hadn't received a transfer back to another city. It was very quiet for the most part. Maintenance was great! Staff were always pleasant and efficient. If there ever was a problem with noise etc... the on-site patrol took care of very fast. I only had one instance where that was a problem..Otherwise very quiet. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet community; however, if you are into late night parties,etc... please stay away. I am in the process of taking care of moving out and will let you know if I run into a problem.

As long as you take the time to walk the apartment with the manager you get a good amount of your deposit back
