It certainly needs updating, but the rent stays reasonable. Small community helps cut down on noise, but there's no pool closing, so there's evening noise w/ kids. Office/Maint. stays on top of things. They just buzzed too many limbs from the few trees we have, so I'm not happy w/ the looks of the grounds right now...BARE and TERRIBLE!!!!
