i read through the complaints here because i was curious about what others have said. there is one thing people have to keep in mind and that is: when you live in an apartment you cannot expect it to be like living in your own house. there are some things you have to be able to tolerate because of the nature of apartments.

i am on my 14th month here and the experience has been in all honesty pleasant. i enjoy the fact that it's a new complex, the garages are very big (bigger than i've seen at other apartments) with plenty of storage space. the lighting is excellent in the garage (there is a separate fluorescent light that is installed in there). the black on black appliances are really nice. the closets are big and the bathroom counter is tall (great for tall people). there is nothing about my unit that i can really complain about. i have thoroughly enjoyed it here. the front office has been nothing but nice to me. they even know me by name. they respond to repairs and pests quickly. i have had no repairs other than a sprinkler head was pointing at my place and the water was saturating the corner of my bedroom. in regards to pests...i have only complained once about spiders and that's it. i will admit i think i have a unit that is situated really well in my building. i am surrounded by garages. it's true...i can hear my upstairs neighbor use the restroom and from time to time i can hear other things going on up there. for the most part it's not bad...again it's just the nature of living in an apartment. my neighbors are all pretty nice. the electricity and water bills are all reasonable. my most expensive ones were $60/electric and $26/water.

there is only one thing i can complain about and that's with grounds for the side that faces bear creek. they seem to slack on that side. the front side facing 360 is always really nice but the back side isn't taken care of as often. they do need to enforce pet owners to pick up after their pets and/or hire someone to pick it up.

i'll let you know how things turn out when i move, which is in a week. i'll see how they are about the move out process but i don't expect to have any probs at all. i'm only moving to get closer to work. otherwise i would stay.
