Some one parked in my designated spot, and I had to call for 3 hours before i got in touch with the security officer on duty and he told me that without manager's approval he cant get the offender['s car towed. It was saturday evening and he told me that manager would not be in till monday.
I paid for a designated spot and when the parking situation got tough around the apartment I cant find any place to park. The other car was in my spot till 10.00 on snday, and management never even bothered to come and have a look at it. There office is to open at 1:00Pm but did not open till 2:00, and I got the same answer that if the car is still there on monday (which had already left by now) then they would tow it.
They have sign posted ouyside saying towing enforced at all times which should be ameded to say "towing enforced mon-friday 9-5 if manager is on duty and blesses you with a hearing". Worst management, really morons.
