I have lived in 6 apt complexes in my life, here for the last 18 mos. and I become more appauled everyday. These apartments are the cheapest most flimsy cesspools i have ever lived in. Then when something goes wrong or breaks, the office tells you it is your fault. We had MICE, yes MICE, and was told it was our fault for "storing things in the storage area of the garage". As a remedy 2 weeks after our complaint, the offfice was kind enough to have maintenance place poison traps on the floors of our apartment despite our 8 month old daughter crawling around !!!!! We ended up catching 11 mice ! No proactive cleaning or maint. occurs, no trash pickup all for only one arm and leg for rent. We have been model tenants, never late on rent, yet treated like trash when we have a need. The appliances are from a thrift mall and I know my neighbors poop cycles by heart bc it runs behind our living room walls when they flush.......anything else you need to know '
