I honestly believe the people responding to these posts with positive experiences work for the complex. I run into people all the time, checking mail or walking along the property and no one has ever said a decent thing about this place. Especially about the management and office staff. I would really think twice about leasing here. I suggest you come by the pools on the weekend now that the weather is getting warmer, to see who has snuck passed the "always open security" gates. Just come by the back of the complex anytime - the gate has not been closed for almost a month. You can not step anywhere on the grass or you will step in dog feces. I would do hands on, field research before coming to live here. I would hate to have anymore people locked into $700/$800 lease and be as unhappy as I am. The mangements only goal is to rope you into a lease and than ignore you. Unfortunately in the state of Texas you can not get out of an apartment lease for any reason, so the management does not have to do anything to keep you happy. Also another suggestion if you are sold on living here, sign the shortest lease possible and make a couple of complaints - and see how you are treated. Maybe you will have better repsonses then I have had and if you do than please let me know what you did. The only thing I will say is the corportate office at least pretends to care, I have been happy with what they have had to say.
