After reading some of these reviews, it is very obvious that several are written by the same people over and over again. I have lived at Stoneleigh since they were built. When I 1st moved in, there were only two other people in my building. I have heard normal noises in the parking lot and of course there are other people who don't pick up after their pets. If you read the complaints from the mindless...no life people that write on here...you can tell that they are complaining about things that other residents do...not about the people who work there or the property. Who's responsibility is it to pick up after their pets' If your car gets broken into, which happens every where, how is the property responsible for that. I lived in a nice house in one of the best neighborhoods in Grapevine and my car was broken into right out front during the daytime. Was it my mortgage companies fault' If people who don't life here come to the pool who's fault is that' I have had great experiences here and I have several friends that live here. The majority loves it. It is just the miserable people that have no life that like to bad mouth people on sites like this.

Does the comment "no life people that write on here..." apply to you? For some reason, you found yourself on this site and posted a response. Do you work for Internacional Realty or are you one of the idiots management has let into this place? I find it odd that you left one of the best neighborhoods in Grapevine to come live at this place. Nice contradiction with your post. Next time you make a post, offer something that is worth reading!

SO I guess you haven't tried to move out yet. Good luck with that... get ready to open your wallet! There is no such thing as "normal wear & tear" in this place. We lived there years. We were never late paying our rent, and never complained about ANYTHING. They screwed us when we moved out. We paid out the A$$!
